Your sourcing & quality partner in China
Review the production, compliance, and loading plan before you place the order.
Prima Global Inc is a furniture trading company and your sourcing & supply partner in China. We source and manufacture through long-term partner factories, so your program is not limited to one factory’s answer on price, MOQ, or capacity. Sofa manufacturer vetting should match the proposed model, order volume, destination requirements, and requested timing — not a generic factory score.

OEM / ODM process
Move from requirement to container in controlled steps
Define the requirement
Share the target market, reference, dimensions, construction, upholstery, color, expected quantity, target price, packaging, documents, and timing.
Review feasibility
Compare the request with proposed factory capability, material availability, engineering limits, MOQ, tooling, testing, and capacity.
Build the costed proposal
State the model basis, FOB port, quantity basis, included specification, samples, tooling, testing, inspection, one-time charges, exclusions, and quote validity.
Approve the product
Tie measurements, materials, colors, construction, labels, packaging, and accepted deviations to the same sample or specification revision.
Confirm production release
Resolve the purchase order, deposit, approved references, material status, artwork, quality plan, production window, and change cutoff.
Inspect against the order
Use the agreed checkpoints, sampling method, defect definitions, report, corrective actions, and release authority.
Confirm the load and handoff
Recheck final quantity, carton marks, packed dimensions, load plan, container condition, seal details, documents, and responsibility handoff.

Schedulable capacity at our partner factories
A capacity number is useful only when it states the product mix, period, utilization, and capacity actually available for your requested window. The figures below describe schedulable capacity at a dedicated partner facility. Prima Global Inc does not own this plant.
Production window: confirmed per order specs TBC days. MOQ: TBC pcs per model. Mixed loads and consolidation can be assessed during your inquiry.
All figures represent schedulable capacity at our partner factories, not Prima-owned capacity, and were last verified on TBC.
Book a Video Factory TourQuality control
Set the acceptance standard before production
A final inspection cannot correct an unclear specification. The order file should identify the approved revision, tolerances, construction, materials, color references, workmanship criteria, function, labels, packaging, sampling method, defect classification, and release authority.
Incoming verification
Where agreed, verify covering, color, frame materials, foam or fill, hardware, labels, and packaging inputs against approved references.
In-process control
Check first-unit or high-risk construction, sewing, upholstery, assembly, mechanism, and packaging points while corrective action is still possible.
Final quality control
Inspect sampled units for quantity, appearance, workmanship, dimensions, function, accessories, labels, cartons, pack method, weight, and packed dimensions.
Loading check
Confirm final carton count, marks, condition, loading sequence, container condition, seal information, and required shipment documents at the partner facility.
Compliance
Match each document to the model, material, and factory
CA TB117-2013
For upholstered furniture sold into California, confirm the applicable component and labeling requirements and request evidence relevant to the model or material.
FSC
If an FSC claim is requested, verify chain-of-custody scope, material claim, supplier eligibility, and logo-use authorization.
OEKO-TEX
If textile evidence is required, check the certificate holder, product class, article scope, certificate number, and validity against the quoted upholstery.
TSCA Title VI / CARB Phase 2
For regulated composite-wood components, verify panel source, scope, records, and finished-product labeling obligations.
ISO 9001
If presented, identify the certified legal entity, site, scope, certification body, and current validity; it does not certify an individual sofa.
BSCI / SMETA
If a social audit is required, confirm the audited site, date, scope, status, report-sharing rules, and whether corrective actions remain open.
Certification names are requirement prompts, not claims. Document samples can be sent with your quotation request.
Request the Current DocumentsVerification
Verify the partner facility, not a stock photo
We accompany buyers on a video factory tour of the dedicated partner facilities proposed for their program; the tour is hosted at the partner factory, not at a Prima-owned plant.
Depending on factory approval and buyer requirements, verification may also include a document review, buyer visit, third-party audit, pre-production check, pre-shipment inspection, or loading supervision. Agree the site, scope, date, participants, confidentiality, cost, recording rules, and report ownership before scheduling.
Logistics
Calculate container quantity from approved pack data
A 40HQ load plan starts with the approved packed dimensions, carton count, gross weight, orientation, stack limit, crush risk, model mix, and loading sequence. Sectionals, sofa beds, recliners, modular pieces, compressed packs, and knock-down frames cannot share a universal “sets per container” number.
FOB origin
Main shipping origin(s): TBC
Single-model load
Confirm model revision, pack revision, carton cube, weight, stack rule, and calculated units per 40HQ.
Mixed load
Confirm per-model and per-color minimums, desired split, priority SKUs, acceptable adjustments, and final approved quantities.
Bring the product brief and the evidence your buyer requires
We will identify which requirements belong in the quotation, specification, sample, factory review, laboratory test, inspection plan, packaging file, or shipment record.
